What the hell difference does it make why he didn't ask for this before previous fights?

Why didn't Pac ask for a penalty that amounted to 25 percent of his opponent's purse (in this case $10 million) if the opponent came in overweight in his previous fights? Why only now with Mayweather?

What evidence do you have that Floyd is gay? Please share it with us.

The NSAC doesn't have a rule about a fighter paying a huge penalty for being over the limit, nor does any other commission, but Pac still wanted it in the contract. A stipulation is not a rule and is not enforceable upon anyone except the parties agreeing to the stipulation for a particular fight.

What Arum is proposing is not fair. It would be in the best interest of Pacquaio only. He knows that and that is why he proposed it. If Pac agrees, that doesn't mean that every boxer who ever fights in the future will have to be subject to random blood tests. It simply means that Pac and Mayweather will submit to them voluntarily for this contest.
what are you talking about? What are their purpose of having OLYMPIC BLOOD TESTING? just bcoz some idiot and lunatic are accusing pacquaio for using steroids? Tell me your best smart answer.

Okay. You do realize that if Pac fights Malignaggi, he won't make the $40 million he would be getting in a fight against Floyd, don't you? He would probably make around $4 million. So, please tell me what the point of your post is?

I don't what you mean by irrelevant. Everything posted on this message board is irrelevant, including the crap you post. None of our opinions is going to have any bearing on the negotiations of this fight or the outcome when the fight takes place. If you think that it does, you are delusional and should seek mental health treatment.

                • Mark my words. Manny Pacquiao refusal to take the random blood tests
is going to hurt him and help Mayweather I believe. People seem to forget
that before Pac, Floyd made himself a major player in the sport of Boxing
literally by himself and is a very smart business man aside from a talented
boxer/fighter. Pacquiao is a very exciting fighter who has risen to the
top by blowing away his competition in the ring and now for him to refuse
random blood tests and not make this fight happen only to possibly fight
Malignaggi or Foreman is going to do damage to the Pacman and NO I'm
not saying it because I'm a fan of Mayweather and NO I'm not saying this
to discredited Manny or because I hate him because I don't. Bottomline
I see things for what they are and don't try to deny the truth in no shape
form or fashion. Manny is making a big mistake not Mayweather business
and image wise and that's my professional opinion not a personal one.

I hope you aren't ****** enough to believe that Manny Pacquaio fought Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton for the good of the sport. He fought for the money, just like Mayweather and Oscar and everyone else in boxing. He was willing to fight Mayweather for $40 million, not to further the sport. Bob Arum is promoting Pac for his own self-interest. He wants to avoid the Mayweather fight because he feels he can squeeze more money out of Pac before he sacrifices him to Mayweather.

Where the hell did you get the idea that anyone is involved in boxing for the purpose of "furthering the sport"?
Of course you'd think that and it's predictable, maybe that's why you find him so relatable.

No he is just requesting that the rules and regulations over the past 40 years be thrown out the window and customized for this "one" instance only, yet his motives are pure? If he was asking Sharmbe Mitchell to take the exam you'd be in the fetal position laughing.
