Leonard Ellerbe, CEO of Mayweather Promotions and adviser to Floyd Mayweather Jr, says a March fight with Manny Pacquiao is not going to happen unless both fighters agree to be randomly blood tested. As it stands right now, Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum of Top Rank wants the Nevada State Athletic Commission to making a ruling during their January 19 meeting on whether or not the fighters should take additional drug tests. Golden Boy Promotions, on behalf of Mayweather, have rejected the idea of giving the Nevada Commission the authority to have the final say on the matter.
