He's not taking the specified drug test because one, he doesn't have to, and two, the demand is unprecedented, and three, it is all base on false accusations that doesn't have any merit or credibility. Again, anyone can accuse anyone with anything, doesn't mean it has to be proven especially when there is no reason for the accusations to begin with. And why would you call him a cheater, give me one legit and credible evidence that Manny has cheated. And this is exactly what i'm talking about, you and many others have already come to a conclusion that he is cheating even without any evidence just because Crackhead Sr. says so and you have bought into it and believe it, with no evidence. First of all let's throw the standard BS out of the window cause aint nothing standard about a fighter coming up from even 126 and walking through and koing guys at 147. This is an historic event that demands to be clean. No asterisk attached to this fight this has to be a clean fight. Do I believe you or Freddie Roach? Freddie is the one who initially said Manny wouldn't be ready to fight PBF in March that's what this is really about. Stalling and BSing their way out of this fight especially when Floyd has agreed to everything else. Pac is willing to do what any other boxer in history has done. He doesnt have to do what any boxer in history hasnt been asked to do. Because that is just plain unfair and bullying. Considering that he has probably been tested more than anyone anyway.

Has any other boxer demanded to fight for the WW title at a catchweight (Pac vs Cotto)? Has any other fighter demanded 10mil for every lb overweight a fighter comes in? Why do you think he wanted such a steep penalty for every lb overweight his opponent comes in??? Because with potentially the biggest fight in boxing history he wants it to be fair. Just as Floyd does. That's why Floyd wants random testing, that he is also subject to. How anyone can defend Pac in this situation is ridiculous.
