here is the thing, even if the NSAC orders blood tests. There will still be no fight unless they are "random" blood tests. mayweather will not agree to anything other than random tests.

Pac is willing to do what any other boxer in history has done. He doesnt have to do what any boxer in history hasnt been asked to do. Because that is just plain unfair and bullying. Considering that he has probably been tested more than anyone anyway.

Either PBF wants to fight, or he dont!

I only want PBF to take the fight because i want to see his ass beat. But because i realize anyone could beat him, who is any good, i will just have to watch someone else do it. I aint got no problem with that.

Pac will just go on and continue to make his resume much better than PBFs against other fighters.
