I would bet a million dollars that Mayweather wouldn't bother testing Manny after their fight if he beat him. I don't understand all of you Mayweather nut huggers out there. This guy is afraid to fight anyone that can beat him. i.e Mosley/Margarito/Cotto/Williams. Manny has fought everyone that we've wanted him to fight. I wouldn't agree to anything outside of what is required. Mayweather isn't that important to Manny's legacy. He is already one of the top 5 fighters of all time. Mayweather hasn't fought anyone good in 5 years. Delahoya was washed up when they fought and he only won a split decision. Roach knows how to beat Mayweather and if Oscar would've listened to him he would have won. Now he's got a better fighter to implement his strategy and Mayweather knows it. He's a *****!!!

Pac is willing to do what any other boxer in history has done. He doesnt have to do what any boxer in history hasnt been asked to do. Because that is just plain unfair and bullying. Considering that he has probably been tested more than anyone anyway.

Either PBF wants to fight, or he dont!

Arum wants to control testing dates and knows the NSAC won't guarantee random blood tests. But he wants GBP to TRY and SEE if the NSAC might want to, kinda like, see if they can maybe work out a way that blood tests can be performed randomly.

Mayweather has no control of post fight testing procedures regardless who won that night. They'd still both have to submit to it if was part of the contract.

Listen I don't care who shocks the world, I'd love Pac to just take the test, I've been critical of Pac during this whole fiasco, I don't understand what's the big deal with taking this test.

But as it's stands right now, Floyd is number 2 and if he want's to be number one he's the one who needs Pacquiao. Plus I think "Money" needs the money a little more then does Pacman does so again Mayweather shock the world and fight this little hulk.

Okay, but why should Floyd's camp decide what are the rules and requirements about drug testing. The Nevada commision is the governing body, not Floyd Mayweather or any other boxers or promoters. What Arum is asking or proposing is fair and more reasonable. Pac is clean until proven that he is not. The problem with you and many others is that you're implying that Manny is not clean or have already convicted Manny for being guilty, all because of one person spreading rumors and lies that has no merit or credibility. It's the same as calling Floyd gay, does that mean he's really gay.
