147 isn't the right division for Andre Berto

Berto is short but he's not small at all. Im not even talking about in a Hatton way. He's just a stocky dude, period. Dont assume that he can get down to 140 just because he's short. On fight night he's over 160 so its not like he's a tiny guy in the ring

The guy started boxing at 156, so he's obviously having to boil down to 147. He's never going to make 140.
