    Actually he said this.

These are my specifications for this fight regarding blood testing. I have offered to give a blood sample the day of the Announcement of the fight at the Press Release. I have Offered to give a blood sample 30 days before the fight. I am willing to give blood immediately after the fight is over inside my dressing room

All he has to do is make it random........or it defeats the purpose...

Victor Conte said boxing tests are a joke.....and that theyre are drugs that can leave your system in 3 hours..and Pac wants a 48 Hour window....and your cool with that?

You will catch him in training camp. You will not catch him 48hrs before the fight... That is when you want to do the random test is during training camp. And, he is ok with that... You do not want to do the fight 48hrs before the fight there is no point.

So the US anti-doping acengy's demends for proper drug testing are unreasonable?

of course. lets listen to you, instead of the most respected anti drug agency in the country that is even responsible for Olympic athletes.

Hell I suppose you would prefer the NSAC, the orginization who cleared Shane Mosley to fight...
