Pac agreed to 3, i havent read anything saying that hes refusing blood tests! Worse comes to worse (court evidence), he would get blood drawn today.. tomorrow aint fight night! pac is sayin no to floyds demands because it unreasonable.

He refused Random blood testing and he wants a cut off date..which defeats the purpose.

Floyd would also be taking the SAME "unreasonable" test.

that's what i'm getting at, pacquiao has agreed on three separate blood test, he is willing to negotiate, why isnt he allowed to negotiate? what only mayweather rules and nothing else, it's a two way street, why isnt anyone letting pacquiao have some say in this matter, all the while he's trying to negotiate and he's being discredited while doing it, and lambasted all throughout the media and by fans who are on this bullmess of a bandwagon that is something out of a **** war movie..

Pac has come out and said he is willing to do random blood test during training camp. Where most likely that is when he would be doping. And, is also willing to a blood test in the dressing room after the fight.
