That was done because Floyd was FACTLY(if there's such a word lol) caught red handed in his latest fight. More of a security insurance that the guy shouldn't cheat in his biggest fight.

No. Mayweather didn't come in at 144 for a welterweight fight. That's a big difference from coming in over 147.

That also "unprecedented" but he agreed to it. Did you have the same problem with that? I doubt it. Which is why I know if the situation was reversed you would be all in favor of Mayweather getting tested. And they are both taking the test so how does Mayweather have any advantage with it?
First off, don't ever make an assumption about me because you would probably be wrong about it as you are now. Yes, I do have a problem with the 10 mil per pound fine. Not because it is unprecedented, it isn't, but because of the outrageous price demand. Its simply uncalled for.

Second, you still haven't answered my question. Why now? Why after 40 fights does Floyd suddenly feel the need to change the testing procedure in a fight that he has already called easy?

"The Nevada Commission will do it appropriately. That's terrific. In other words, we wouldn't limit it to a certain number of tests because we know that the Nevada Commission won't harass the fighters. "

Pacquiao has fought 11 times in Las Vegas, and has tested clean every time, Kizer has said. Arum said that he would be willing to work out a protocol with Kizer based on trust. Kizer could not be reached for comment Thursday.

"We would sit down with Mayweather's side and say, 'Here's what we're prepared to do with the Nevada Commission.' And then, the other side would sit down and say what they would be prepared to do," said Arum. "And then, the commission would then take it from there, and hold random urinalysis and random blood tests."

Let's see what mayweather's reply to this.
Mayweather's reply will be the same as it was before. You seem to be gloating like a cat that swallowed the canary with this post. However, what you chose not to see in this post is the quote in the first line that says, "up to a certain date to be agreed upon." This is the same thing Arum has been saying all along. Pac wants to know exactly when the tests will be given and the cut off date. If he is using performance enhancing drugs, he will know exactly when he can start taking them. That defeats the purpose of "random testing." The "certain date to be agreed upon" was the date already mentioned by the Mayweather camp when they wanted the Anti-Doping Agency to do it -- namely up to the day of the fight!!!

To my knowledge he has agreed to the testing. The only thing he will not concede to is having blood drawn in the days before the fight. As far as these so called su****ions are concerned, if Floyd was really worried about them why has he said this will be an easy fight? Seems to me he is looking for a way out. Jmo,of course.

This is exactly what Pac's team wants and what Arum has been saying all along. If he is cheating, he would have two weeks to 10 days to use without getting caught.
