I can't say Floyd Sr. started all this, he contributed to some of the wide spread but I also know that EVERYTHING almost settled down. I put more of the blame to Pacquiao and his team. No one was really listening to Cintron, Paulie, Berto and Floyd Sr. (Atleast not anymore). It all started with Ariza coming out and saying "Pacquiao doesn't know what I give him, only I know".

Then Arum came out with, "Pacquiao is superstitious and scared of needles". Arum said "He won't be tested 30 days before the fight", Roach said "No test 5 days before the fight", Paquiao said 1. Keep in mind, Roach started off saying "We're willing to take any test and we know we're gonna pass".
