          I don't think very many, if any, can refute what he says.

                    Arum said he'd be willing to take the test if the NSAC would be the one administering it. They wouldn't limit the testing and would accept random urinalysis and random blood tests. The testing is not the problem really, the problem is that Mayweather's imposing it like they have the authority and the media hyping it too much. Correct me if I'm wrong but USADA has some close affiliation with GBP? If that's the case I think the test will be bias.

                      Its not unique to boxing.

                      In baseball there were tons of players accused of doing steroids, but only Barry Bonds and Mark Mcguire really recieved any criticism for it. The tallest nail get hammered the hardest.
