Thanks for the article, this explains why a PED user would not take too kindly to random testing.

MAN.... I Like Pac! Dudes a beast! I hope for the sake of boxing that this bull**** is just that BULL****! Otherwise the growth that I believe the sport has been having for the last few years will fade away very quick.

"Creams, transdurmals, clear the fastest. Orals, would be next. Water-based drugs- including testosterone- would be next, then the oil-based. So some of these can clear in a matter of hours and days," explained Conte."So if you know when you're going to be tested a week out, you go off the use of oral testosterone, for example, you're going to test negative. So that is really an issue."
well i'm sure that he's using this with Chambers and Ward.

Nah, dude's got too much to lose now, if he got caught peddling PED's right now, he would never see the light of day again.

It's looking worse and worse for Team Pacquiao. Avoiding tests and settling for less money, suing for slander and defamation.

Other Athletes that sued for slander and defamation for the same case to backfire at them and leave them no choice but to admit to(or unknowingly) using performance enhancing drugs/banned/illegal drugs:

              Pro Boxer: Sugar Shane Mosley
              MLB player: Rafael Palmeiro
              MLB player: Roger Clemens
              MLB player: Barry Bonds
              Olympic Runner: Marion Jones

Those are just some of this decade

Will Manny Pacquiao be next in this HOF list?

Will his pointless case against GBP and Team Mayweather backfire and expose Alex Ariza/Roach as cheaters?

Who will take the bullet for Pacquiao?

Will it be Ariza? He already showed signs of willingness to take the blame with his well known statement "Manny does not know what he takes, that is up to me".

Javier Capetillo took the bullet for Antonio Margarito and the hand wrap scandal, but both were banned from boxing with Margarito only being banned for 1 year. Will this be the case for Ariza/Pacquiao?

Will Pacquiao get away with taking random blood tests by fighting other boxers who are willing to fight without taking blood tests?

              We will see.

He emailed Maxboxing,:'In my opinion, blood testing for the Pacquiao-Mayweather fight is more important for detecting possible blood doping or use of EPO than it is for human growth hormone. Measuring hematocrit levels (percentage of red blood cells to total whole blood volume) is very important. For example, even without a positive urine test for EPO, cyclists are temporarily suspended for two weeks if their hematocrit is greater than 50%. An elevated hematocrit can provide a significant advantage to a fighter by enhancing oxygen uptake and utilization. This would benefit a fighter in training and especially during the later rounds of a fight."
"EPO, though, in terms of boxing, is absolutely huge, both in training and as well as in a fight, especially during the later rounds."

Conte does have experience in boxing, having worked with Andre Ward and Eddie Chambers, recently, and back in 2003, during the heyday of BALCO, assisted with Shane Mosley in his usage of illegal P.E.D's in his rematch with Oscar De La Hoya. When asked if Mosley was on EPO for that fight, Conte answered,"Yes, he was."

This Pacquiao situation looks more fishy every single day.

Does all this brings Andre Ward win against Kessler into question?

If Chambers beat Wlad Klitschko would it be due to what Conde is giving him?
