So again I do not pay attention to grammar on an internet forum. Briefs and motions are completely different. childish and petty? I am a huge advocate of Tort reform even though I am a lawyer. This is a bogus suit. The lawyer who filed it should be disbarred. He cannot prove 1 element. Not a single one. If legal fees arent sought then Floyd's lawyer should be disbarred. It is a totally frivilous case. Roidman is really reaching.
