Exactly... It was 2 pounds. He had 3 days before weigh-in to lose 2 pounds...

What he should've done is get his ass in the sauna and sweat off those 2 pounds.

Instead he ended up paying to have still another advantage against an already much smaller opponent. Does he have no shame?

what??? I cant pull out any valid points in bold, but I read the "Floyd should be entitled to get whatever he wants" part correctly.

No fighter should fight weight drained. Sorry I won't agree with anyone's argument for it.

He said it was a tune-up, not his biggest win ever. Get over it, really!

That's a strange conclusion for you to come to.

But a Lightweight fighter should fight all bloated up against a Welterweight?

That's some double standard you have there.

haha, so floyd has the right to opt out of the contract by paying 600000, he shouldnt have agreed to it then. It was against a lightweight too..tisk tisk.

And what if Floyd "feels" weight drained while training for Manny. paying 900000 on a 35-50 million purse to come in 150 is ok with you?

Nobody said Marquez had to be 144. That's the limit. If Floyd walks around at 160+ and has to make 144, that's different.

no, because you threw out a blanket statement without having to explain your 1 sideness you were reffering to.

Floyd got what he wanted aside from his unreasonable demands for same day blood test. But some how him not being at 154 and 10 oz gloves are at a disadvantage for floyd who is the self proclaimed best welterweight?

thats why marquez weighed in at 142, and mysteriously floyd was at 146.

hahaha wow we're hearing it all in this thread
