If ever, this will the first time that will ever happen in the entire Prof. boxing history.

Refusing to random testing it's everyone's right to refuse. Another fact is, Pac already agreed on the blood test, before and after the fight.

IF someone tells you that they suspect you're drug user and they will ask you to be tested would you subject yourself to be tested just b-coz this "someone" said so?

It is Manny's right to refuse the tests,but it is every fans right (as well as other boxers and the public) to believe something su****ious.Yes,he agreed to take a test after the fight,but he can also neglect that responsibility and only face a fine/ suspension instead of giving his result.
He also said he refused a blood test 30 days before the fight-isn't it possible to rid drugs from the system by then? Isn't it possible that drugs can be used exclusively for training?
Now,saying all this and listening to all the shifting and changing stories from Freddie Roach,its no wonder the Mayweather's keep getting more su****ious-every day there are more and more red flags....

there are 2 types of defamation: Libel which is printed and Slander which is a quote..several writers quoted his statement which was Slander and then was printed, Libel. It doesn't really matter who said what but damaged has been done. Now who is telling the truth..? I'f I was handling his case, I wouldn't care it is Sr's..word against the publisher's..either way Pac will come out the winner.

Pac was never tested positive of the PED, now does it mean a person is guilty if he refuse to take a drug test, of course not. Specially if that person was never been convicted. People that make assumption without basis in an educated world , are called Kido.

Yes-the difference of libel is defamation that is broadcasted, written,or perhaps even on the internet.All of those qualify with libel.
Defamation suits are/can be difficult because you have to prove that the statements have ruined or tarnished your reputation,harmed you in some way,or perhaps made you lose out financially.On top of that,as long as you have stated your opinion in a way that only expresses it as opinion and not factual then it makes it less likely to have success.
Keep in mind that just because someone prints what they believed you to say,doesn't mean you said it the way it was printed.The Mayweather's can express their opinions,but whomever prints that statement can probably be held responsible...
Like I have said before,these suits can be very tough and reap nothing without solid enough evidence.

I wanna see Jr fight the best WW...I have been following Jr..the last 8 years.

Mosely never failed drug tests either,but admitted to doing them.Urine tests are easily passable.Lets face it,wouldn't you as a fan prefer to see Mayweather vs Pacquiao.This all brings intrigue,which is why I wouldn't be surprised if this is being blown up to gain notoriety for bigger interest for ppv $$$. I think the real problem is Manny has met his match with Floyd when it comes to negotiations...
