I would say good luck to trying to win a defimation case because these cases are some of the most difficult to actually win. The United States strongly protects 'Freedom of Speech' and it is hard to argue that someone's opinion is actually defimation. Also a defamatory statement must be a false writing or visual representation that exposes someone to contempt or hatred. Slanderous defamatory statements are false statements that are orally communicated. Here in lies the problem, everyone is entitled to their opion thus 'Freedom of Speech'. So far the only person who has verbally stated that they think MP is on steroids is Floyd Sr.. Notice that in FMJ's, Ellerbe's, and ODLH's statements they were careful not to say or imply that he (MP) is using steroids.

Another issue is that MP's refusal to adhere to the drug-test could imply guilt and leaves rooms for doubt. This is an argument that Mayweather/GBPs camp could certainly argue.

Also, for a defimation case to be won or defeated the 'truth' is crucial. The only person that MP really has a case against is Floyd Sr.. While FMJ's request for additional testing is unusual, the NSAC approved the additional 'Olympic style testing'; additionally irregardless of the USADA testing both fighters would still have to go through drug testing.

Lastly, Alex Ariza has went on record saying that " Manny Pacquiao does not know what I give him" (in reference to nutrients/supplements). The Mayweather side could certainly argue that how can MP be so sure if his trainer has said that MP has no knowledge of what he takes.

By the way, I do NOT believe MP is using any PED's and I do not think FMJ's request for additional testing is unreasonable. In the end good luck with trying to win the lawsuit because it could prove to be an uphill battle.

What's the difference between taking blood samples before and right after the fight? Do you really think traces of PEDs/Steroids/HGH would disappear from the body immediately after a fight? Where would they go? They go out together with sweats?

Blood testing randomly is a clear distraction to a fight of this magnitude! Pacquiao can't afford to lose with all these distractions! I say test him 20x after the fight!

im not sure u get it..... the USADA HAS GUIDELINES and the ones manny negotiated does not fit and he could still cheat "IF HE WAS CHEATING IN THE FIRST PLACE" BIG IF....and if i was floyds camp i would say sure ill test u after the fight and if you don't comply its 25 million and 10 million for everyday till you take the test... my point is manny has no reason to take test after the fight he may choose to say fcuk it i won i aint takin no test....

I'll tell you that Floyd has Arum, and no doubt Roach and Ariza sweating bullets, Pac's promoter is clearly bent out of shape mentally so you know its spreading to the Team. Meanwhile the Mayweathers are probably just sitting back watching this sh-t unfold. Team Pac thought that 8oz gloves and a 10million lb would rattle Floyd when in reality, they are the ones who just got hit were it hurts, Blood Testing.

Dude Steroids is real, and athletes and steroids go together like Pac and Tard, this guy has ascended to the top of the sport so when that happens scrutiny comes into play and he needs to be prepared to deal with that. In this case drug testing, its called a test, not a declaration of guilt.

If this was a mega fight having to do with a mosley or vargas this would have more validity due to there pasts, but treating Pacquio like he's guilty for no reason other than a fabrication by Mayweather Sr is ridiculous Pacquiao agreed to the testing just not the day of the fight and I don't blame him. Sounds to me if floyd really wants this fight he needs to compromise instead of making ridiculous demeands he already knows will not be agreed upon. If the mayweathers do not come with a compromise than this fight not happening will be on there hands. I'm not for or against either fighter i just want to see this fight happen, and antics and excuses for great fights not happening with floyd is there MO.

Lawsuit is going nowhere. All the Mayweather's and any GBP claims can be written off as opinion. No one other than Mayweather Sr. and Jr. has committed anything close to defamation. And the argument that Manny passed all NSAC tests will backfire when Mosley's name comes up and how they don't test blood for PEDs.

I'm really su****ious now. Do all of this, cause a long, dragged out dog fight in litigation instead of making the damn fight?
