actually they do have a solid case. There has been no reason for the accusation..no locker room talk, rumors, or witnesses. He's passed all drug tests, and has a perfect history.
It's pretty much like accusing the local catholic priest of ******ation just because you think he looks dodgy. You can go ahead and say it's not slander because there's no way to know for sure if the priest never ******ed a child because , who knows what he's doing on his off hours? He may have ******ed a kid.. we can't say with 100% certainly that he hasn't touched Johnny in that special place can we? Meanwhile because of these slanders the parish sees an 80% decline in patronage based on pure BS.
Also they are doing it with the intent to damage the credibility.. the whole Olympic drug testing demand is a result of a damage to his credibility. The fact that they’re using the accusation as a bargaining tool in the fight proves it.. because this type of leverage depends upon Manny’s credibility being put into question.
Mayweather SR is going to jail.. easy case.Comment

Good points, but what you are missing is that Pac falls under the "public figure" catagory, which has a higher burden of proof put on the plaintiff. A "public figure" has to be able to PROVE that the other party (in this case Mayweather Sr) KNEW that the statement was false. That is impossible to prove, because Sr. would have no way of knowing with absolute certainty one way or the other if Pac is or was ever taking steroids.Comment

You're such a ****ty poster man, every time you come up with those ****** allegations and comments because your anger blinds you my son.
What is the judge gonna do? Pacquiao had only one move and this is it a bit** move if you ask me..he thinks people are gonna forget about him not taking a blood test with 50 mill dollaz involved.
This is not the time for fairy tales..take the test or be exposed simple as that.
If you are ignorant then i must inform you so you cease to be ignorant that pac never denied taking a blood test, he's willing to take multiple blood tests 30 days before the fight & after the fight. im pretty sure it has changed since this story has unfolded to 3 days to a week before the fight & after the fight.
This is public record.
If you cannot get that, then you are suffering from a sad case of ******ity which i cannot help you with.Last edited by DonTaseMeBrah; 12-25-2009, 03:19 AM.Comment
