Not maybe, that is why! this guy is so full of it like u said. Its funny how one guy acts like an azzhole and the other hides his azzholeness. They both do it for profit, indeed, but the public angel is being exposed and crucified day by day! Volcanoes are erupting in the phillipines a s a result of sleazy manny's disgrace to the island. The "gods" are furious.

Exactly!!!!!!!!!! Nothing else should be said reallyTo prevail in a slander or defamation case, TWO elements BOTH have to be proven:
1. That the party making the statement knew, or should have known, that the statement was false, and
2. The party made the statement with the intent to purposely damage the credibility or image of the other party.
neither Mayweather Sr. or Golden Boy could possibly know that their opinion was false, as Pac has never been subjected to testing that would conclusively prove or disprove the steroid allegation. And Pacquiao cannot prove he has NEVER taken steroids, therefore he cannot even prove the allegation itself is false, much less the intent of those saying it
It's impossible to prove a negative. It's like trying to prove you didnt drink a beer 4 years ago. It cant be done.
Where is he getting his legal advice from? Juan Diaz? lololComment

Just take care of Nate's career, and quit calling anyone a jackass, jackass.whatever jackass. I went through all this stuff with my attorneys last year after these same allegations were levied against Nate by Willie Savannah.
I can tell you right now the case (if its ever filed, which I doubt) wouldnt make it past summary judgement and Pac would have to pay Mayweather and GBP's attorneys feesComment

you're missing the point. Floyd Sr. isnt suing anyone. There is no burden of proof on him. He does not have to prove his statement was true. The burden here would be on Pac to PROVE that Sr. KNEW the statement was false, and that is simply impossible.Comment

1 Mayweather sr. knew it was false since Pacman was never tested positive
2 The purpose is obvious to damage the credibility of Pacman and the boxing governing body that do the testing.
You have more excuse...
Im not a lawyer by the way just putting common sense......Comment

Pac fans are relentless. You don't think Sr. has knowledge about back woods PED use in boxing having been around the sport almost his entire life?
He made an opinion based on what he's seen before. Commission testing that doesn't cover all the bases is not proof of clean anything.
Using this as an argument in court is laughable.
Man, I can't believe I'm on the Mayweather's side on this
I would've loved for Manny to be the one to shut Jr. up before all of this PED stuff made me su****ious.Comment

This is true.
The NSAC is quoted as saying that Pacquiao has never failed a drug test, ever.
Mayweather Sr's defamation of Pacquiao has been strong enough that other boxers have came out saying they won't fight him without olympic-style testing.
Will Pacquiao win the case if he goes through with it? We'll see.Comment

No. That's the direct result of Pac walking from the random OST tests being asked of him by Jr.'s handlers. You could say it's Sr.'s fault maybe by extension, but that's it.This is true.

If the Mayweathers think Pac is on steroids then burden lies with them to prove it. For Pac to say or do anything that could possibly incriminate him just because the Mayweathers are accusing him would be a violation of Pac's 5th ammendment rights. The fact that they continue to insinuate by filling in the blanks caused by lack of evidence IS slander and defamation.Comment
