Its terrible how the media is making this out to be look like Pacquiaos is the bad guy for not doing these test... A non American citizen accomplishes greatness and Americans scrutinize... Typical...
Most of this post is bull**** but the part about the media is even dumber, the fact remains that PEDs are such a huge part of sports these days and any refusal to any type of testing, weather unfair or not brings su****ion. So many sportsman we loved and trusted to be clean turned out not to be, the media is doing manny like they did everyone else.

You say "non american accomplish something" i think you need to fall back with that, because Barry Bonds caught alot more hell than manny long before those grand jury leaks came about.

Pulling the non-american race card is a pretty pathetic cop-out.

That's exactly the point, as you said. Stamina

The artical was basically in response to people saying Manny would get exhausted by less than a Tea Spoon full of blood being drawn from him.

Lance got blood tests nearly everyday while on the Tour De France, and it didn't effect him in any major way.

Besides this is way too much about Manny. Floyd would be subjected to the exact same shots. Neither guy would get a huge advantage over the other.

I used to be a fan of Pacquiao... now I am completely disgusted with him..... Hiding from drug tests PROVES that he IS DIRTY and he is nothing but a dirty CHEAT! I am utterly disappointed and just completely disgusted with him. What a complete disgrace... sigh....

On the other hand I hold Mayweather in much higher regard because to me it proves that he is clean, because he is more than willing to undergo the random drug tests.

At one point I would have wanted Pacuiao to beat Mayweather. Now, if the fight ever happens, I hope Mayweather puts a brutal beating on him and retires him for good. But still, I hope Mayweather stays adamant and doesn't allow them to get away with it. People need to get it clear that it is Pacquiao who is spoiling the fight, and not Mayweather.

Also, I feel sorry for Cotto, because it means he has only ever been beaten by two cheaters.

Some of these drugs can make one impervious to pain. Ever heard of "pain killers", "novacaine". You dont know if any drug or steriod can make ones chin withstand strong punches. Lets go back to the Pryor vs Arguello first fight. It was suspected that Pryor may have had something illegal in that bottle in his corner, why was it suspected? Because Pryor was able to walk through alot of those punches that Arguello landed on him that would have knocked out any of fighter in his weight class at the time. Now that fight took place over 25 years ago, wouldnt you think that with all this bio-technology that there could be a drug out there right now that could help someone take a good punch without it knocking ones equilibrium off to prevent one from being knocked unconscious?

                  Why?

Because it's boxing. Do you know what they do within 30 days before they fight? They do very, very hard training and sparring. With Pacquiao it is very different. He kills himself in the gym. An hour of blood test will be followed by many hours of rest that Manny shouldn't be doing. Maybe floyd is relaxed with training but surely not with Manny and its not with Manny's interest and he has the right to say NOOOOOOOOO because it can be done immediately right after the fight when your body and MIND is suppose to relax and with the very same result. I hope you people understand WHY. Put yourself on Manny's shoes.

This whole article is a giant fail.

Lance armstrong won the whole damn thing 7 times in a row. Then he goes and gets tested 24days in a row for the 2009 season and finishes 3rd.

Yeah....doesnt affect you at all right?

There's a big diffrence TK Stewart. Pacquiao won't be riding bikes after being subject to tests, he'll be in a rumble... a fight.
If ur no in best condition in cycling, u'll simply loose. In boxing, u'll get a beating and be busted to a bloody pulp.
Get down on ur high horse man, u miss the spot.
