What words you cannot grasp. He said he will do all the blood test but not on the same day of the fight. So it means USADA can come anytime but not on March 13. If USADA decided to come 40 hour or let's say 26 hours prior to fight, Pac will comply. Let me put this way anytime before March 13.

Like said before in Germany cycling was once big... and Lance Armstrong was an absolute beast... how he cycled on top of these mountains was unbelievable... to tell you the truth... how he ****ed the competition you couldn't believe that he was clean... he was a bad mother you know what... I admired him but deep down you always have this idea... I think like said it's human... nobody can tell me as much as you admire or love to watch him (Usain Bolt) that you don't think he is on something or?

With Pacquiao it's different... what he did was impressive too, but it was never so impressive that I thought he is on something. Yes, he destroyed opponents but it was with as much skill as it was with brute strength...

vs. Diaz... he hit him a thousand times and couldn't knock him out until he landed the perfect shot

vs. DLH... was the only fight I thought he would loose but who thought that DLH was the smaller man... he landed again thousand times but couldn't knock DLH out...

vs. Hatton... he knocked him down but he came up again... he landed a perfect shot... I will even take a wild guess... even if a guy like Malignaggi would have landed that punch he would have hurt Hatton badly... Hatton walked straight into it... and Pacquiao landed picture perfect with all his strength moving into it...

vs. Cotto... the first knockdown was more off balance and the second one was again a perfect punch... but Cotto survived everything until the ref stopped it...

His wins were impressive... but nothing that I would call unbelievable...

So if USADA decided to do blood test anytime and did 24 hours prior to fight. What kinda drug that won't be detected right after the fight if they do a blood test. Please tell me, enlighten me

Did you read the article? Refusing to completely random testing is the same as refusing all testing outright. If an athlete is allowed to dictate 'no tests for the last 30 days' or 'tell me before you come to my training', then there are ways to mask the performance enhancing drugs he could be taking.

If the tests are not 100% random, and without Pacquiao's prior knowledge, they might as well not be happening; i.e. he might as well be refusing them altogether. The way his team wants to set the schedule of testing defeats the entire purpose.

You hit the nail right on the head. I'm disappointed to say the least. Manny was supposed to be this great stand up guy but I'm losing respect for his as a fighter as the time passes.

I agree with you but the pac `fans' don't want the truth because Pac is in a position that they don't like. If they were real fan they would want their guy to stand up and do everything that is asked. But instead since he is refusing they rather not look at Pac as being in the wrong so they have to blame shift and try to make it as if Floyd never wanted the fight...which is a complete joke! If he fights Paulie instead of Floyd because of this testing it will only get worst for him and its a clear duck...and this is the biggest fight of his career! If other big time athletes can do the testing Manny is no different. I'm losing my respect for him as the time goes by..hopefully he changes that.
