You can't set dates on random testsing or else that defeats the purpose. No cut off dates. none of that. There is a reason why USADA is the best way to test athletes.

Because your probably talking about tubes. All that is needed is a sample; less then a teaspoon. Which is said to be regained in matter of 20-30 minutes.
