The people to blame for this whole mess are really Arum and Roach, last week it was mentioned that Mayweather wanted Olympic style drug testing and when Pac agreed everyone said fine, then they changed their mind. Talking about needle phobias and chosing the days for testing.

Just like Mayweather has the right to make up this bogus steroid test. Manny ,Arum and Roach have the right to decline and do what the Athletic State Commission mandates them to do. OOps that makes too much sense doesn't it?

Thats what i dont get, Why are they not asking why??? If i support a boxer and he refuse to take a random blood test unless he was given a cut off date then i would be asking why does he need a cut off date when his opponent doesnt require one??

I would be asking WHY duck a $40 million pay when i believe you to be clean???
