There have been rumours going around about Pac for at least a year now, Mayweather sr and Paulie are the ones who have said them out in the open.
It doesnt matter anyway, drug testing in boxing is a joke, no blood testing which can detect HGH and no random testing to make sure fighters stay clean during training. Don't you want better testing in the sport?

Yeah the rumours were brought out into the open by Mayweather snr but alot of boxing inner circle have been on it for months before crackhead said anything.

Based on the fact that Team Pac has come out with 9 different odd excuses of why they dont want him tested.

Firstly they didnt want the test at all because Manny doesnt like needles.

I think think it started with them saying Floyd was scared of Manny and didn't want to fight him. At first Freddie stated March was too early, then said that Floyd didn't want the fight in March.

Floyd agreed to fight in March.

Then Freddie stated Floyd would be easy to beat. Easier than Cotto and Shane, in fact.

Then, it was that Manny's eardrum was discombobulated in the Cotto fight. But the doctor said it was not that serious.

Then, they needed more time to prepare because they know Floyd is different than Cotto, Mosley and somebody else.

It goes on and on.

The people to blame for this whole mess are really Arum and Roach, last week it was mentioned that Mayweather wanted Olympic style drug testing and when Pac agreed everyone said fine, then they changed their mind. Talking about needle phobias and chosing the days for testing.
