can someone convince me with proof as to why pacquiao should be forced to take these extra tests? (EDIT) if he wants this fight?

what actual factual proof does anyone have?

because what i'm seeing since this happened is someone being accused of something, as far as i know there is zero evidence, only speculation, which isnt enough to hold up in court, so why is pacquiao being treated like he's guilty and has to prove himself innocent because of accusations with no evidence?

All Pac have to do is say no and refuse to fight, There is NO evidence against him whatsoever but we have heard rumours from people who are in the inner circle not people who come on youtube or the internet to nuthug.

There is no smoke without fire, Everything start off with a rumour and some turns out to be true while some turns out to be false, But if Pac want to keep his image and legacy clean without anyone doubting him then he would say yes to a random test just like is opponent Mayweather.
