Manny asks rios for testing well in advance of the fight. Manny never asked any other opponent for testing at all. You already beat Rios with testing, why not ask JMM for it?

marquez didn't have heredia for the floyd fight (i don't think floyd started USADA testing then, he started with mosley) and he didn't do USADA/VADA testing for the bradley fight.

you guys accuse pacquiao almost everyday of PED use with absolutely zero proof/connection. admit it you're only focused on trying to pin pacquiao as a steroid cheat. Floyd accuses others of PED use yet all the guys in his TMT stable are getting caught left and right for PEDs and he and the rest of you fanboys stay silent on it or defend it like cowards. just like you guys stay silent when marquez, ward, porter, rios, donaire etc. hire steroid scientists and experts.

Manny asks rios for testing-its just to prevent cheating
Ward/Porter says no to PED testing-its because he may be using
Manny says no to PED testing-its ok it was just too late to ask (why didn't he ask earlier like he did with rios?)
JMM doesn't KO Manny then does-PED's
Manny doesn't KO Morales then does-natural power
Manny passes tests-he's clean
