This has nothing to do with boxing regulations. It has everything to do with mayweather's side writing their own regulatory regime, and manny's side telling them to go to hell, and then being slanderously attacked in the press.

I honestly don't know why the hell i even bother trying to talk sense to idiots.
no your the idiot for beleiving this only got to do with floyd's ego and posturing. The implications are much bigger than that and your love for manny is blinding u.

Boxing's regualtion are out-dated and need to be advanced for the times. Every organized sport has steroid accusers and users, even boxing has had it's share. It's tiem we start properly testing these fighters. This is boxing which is 1 of the most brutal sports, it needs proper testing!

Oh, and for the record, he didn't say aid a Manny Pacquiao. He said boxer. As in ANY boxer. So how exactly is he taking a stance? His organization would be testing both fighters, so no, there's no 'stance' here. You're grasping at straws.
Because he is taking a stance in regards to this particular issue.

And why are you dumbfounded when Victor Conte, Mr. Balco himself, a guy who had years of experience with doping and cheating, gives his opinion that a simple blood test won't affect performance? Why is that so hard to understand? Hell, ask the 10,000+ olympic athletes who go through the same olympic style testing and have no problem setting world records after giving a tablespoon of blood.

You guys are trying to belittle the USADA's mission of cleaning up sports, all because your idol Manny Pacquiao refuses to comply with a simple blood test that tens of thousands of top athletes agree to every year. That's ******.
You don't see an issue in quoting Mosely's drug dealer here by a supossedly legitimate 'news source' (though being that it is Floyd's hometown paper, you'd think they would try to make it a bit less obvious). I guess there's not much I can say then which would make sense to you.

the grand rapids press represents find journalism. And they have a duty to thoroughly research the facts and present them to their readers. And that is what they have done!

You calling me an idiot is laughable. Now, being that you have jack **** of value to say, I don't 'spect I'll be responding to any more of your posts. I'm blinded by love of Manny? Hell, I respect his boxing prowess, but I don't really consider myself a particular fan of any fighter, although I hold many in high esteem, and am certainly a fan of the sport at large. It is bull**** scenarios like this which make me second guess myself sometimes.

No, the only stance he's taking is that he wants to be sure that BOTH fighters are free of PEDS. Which means his organization would be testing BOTH fighters. And BOTH fighters would be subjected to the same randomized stringent testing that TENS OF THOUSANDS of other top athletes are subjected to every year. That includes OLYMPIANS, and other famous athletes such as KOBE BRYANT, MICHAEL PHELPS, LEBRON JAMES.

            Both fighers will be tested.
They will be tested using the same testing and randomized schedule as other athletes have been subjected to.

Yet...you have a problem with this?

                Tens of thousands?

And this is clearly in response to this particular issue. If you can't see through the cloud of ****, I don't know what to say.

yup, tens of thousands. Beijing 2008 alone was 10,500.

I think you're right in one sense, you really don't know what to say. Attack the Grand Rapids press all you want, but that doesn't change the facts that Tygart presented or the opinion of an experienced doper who admits he doesn't think blood testing affects an athlete's physical performance.

Dude, the more you post the more ****** you sound. Stop it. Take a breath. Understand that you do not have an arquement here. I know you love Manny Pacquiao and will defend him to the death but understand that his situation is not good.

Research the situation and when you find something that benefits your case then post it. But as long as you give your opinions, you sound ******.

u need to think with your mind and not your heart. Every source isn't try to back floyd, hell most don't even like him. At the end of the day, manny is unwilling to submit to a proper drug test. Why?????
