Why would Mayweather turn down $30 million over this testing? He is the one with the money problems, not Manny. Mayweather seldom gets hit flush in fights anyway and is faster and better than Pac...so pretty silly for Mayweather to duck Pac...but then Mayweather has always avoided any fight that was remotely challenging in his career, so it's not a surprise that he his avoiding Pacquiao.

To his credit Bob Arum said immediately after the Cotto fight that Mayweather would find a way out of the Pacquiao fight. Even Bernard Hopkins said the fight was not going to happen.
