SO are you saying pacquiao REFUSES to give blood at all, because if you are then you are a dumbass. Pac said he will give blood right after the fight. But you only read half the articles.

I'm sure the WADA experts knows a lot more about PED abuse than anyone on this site and i'm sure they have good reason to test athletes randomly until they compete. Saying i will do it on my terms is not agreeing to it is it?
