Pacquiao is trying to schedule the tests, and that's some bull****. I've passed every drug test that I ever knew about in advance. I would easily fail any random testing, because of my longtime allegiance to the chronic. Now I know steroids/HGH and marijuana are not the same, and urine tests and blood tests are different, but to have a scheduled time to take a test definitely would give Manny the opportunity to beat it in any way available. People keep pointing out that Manny will take it after the fight, and asking what difference a day makes. I can't answer that question, but neither can any of you. Like anything, I'm sure there are multiple ways to beat the system, but it is much more difficult to prepare for if the testing is completely random.
