Hopefully the commission will make it standard. It's long overdue. But when promoters are the ones who pay the judges and refs...you can figure out where I'm going.

As far as "forcing Pac to take unprecedented tests"...well, wouldn't Floyd be taking them too? I swear, if I couldn't stand that excuse-making ****** I'd applaud him for agreeing to do this. But let's be honest, the only reason why he's asking for this is because he knows Manny is juicing. Everyone does.

Which leads to my next point - for the millionth time, this rumor didn't start with Mayweather Sr. He was just the first to say it in public. This rumor has been going around for over a year and Roach has been in the center of these whispers for even longer. Floyd Sr didn't just make that up from nowhere. And everything that's occurred since should show you that.

five to six randomly times your blood would be taken. How many of you hate to have it taken just once every few years? Imagine it having to be taken out of you six times in less than 3 months.

If it isnt one thing it is another with this management team. Notice i blame his management, not May himself.
you guys are ridiculos...its a drug test...its not torture and it takes like 10 minutes..... it a minimal amount of blood..its not like its bags and bags of blood....if someone is accused of taking steroids, they should be tested.....baseball players get tested like crazy....its not a big deal, the blame is on pacquiao and his management

I personally think it's fine. I couldn't care less about either fighter but if there is any sort of speculation that an athlete is taking drugs (regardless of the legitimacy of the claims) then I think a stricter blood test undertaken by both boxers is fair enough.

I dunno if I was in Pacs situation and I knew full well that I wasn't on drugs then a chance to prove to everyone that I'm not would be a good thing and something I wouldn't refuse.

i dont undrstand why thats not a rule for all boxers to take random test...every single fighter in every state or country should be tested....i mean people will do whatever to get a advantage.....

Pacquiao is not using that **** man he should just take the damn test...

Everyone?? Like who Malignaggi, Cintron... Yeah they seemed to be credible sources to me.. I mean c'mon, you exactly goin to tell me that the best fighter and most recognizable figure in the sport is being accused of steroid for a year, and its not going to be instantly made public? Everybody is jumping to the steroid bandwagon, and most people who are in the forefront are those who have an agenda. And yes Floyd Sr. started the rumor.

Floyd is taking the same test too, but let me ask you this.. Who would have to work harder in the fight, Floyd or Pac. I mean you saw their previous fights. The sustained pace of Pac fights is higher compared to Floyd.. I mean Pac would need to exert more energy than Floyd. Just the fact that Pac is giving up a physical advantage in terms of height and reach is already a concern with team Pac. They want Pac to be 100% conditioned for the fight, and this blood test is nuissance that is intrusive to Pac's training. And team Mayweather knows this...

Baseless accusations are much different than those with factual evidence backing them up. The fact that the NSAC director has stated that Pacquiao has never had anything BUT a clean test since they've been testing him discredits those accusations.

The NSAC does random drug test, though they don't have a schedule for it, or any type of set frequency for them (hence 'random')

Yeah sure, and who are the people accusing Pac of taking steroids. Yeah that's right, the same people who is forcing him to take the damn test... And its not like Pac is not open to the idea. He already made a compromise, now its time for Team Floyd to meet him halfway...

it is clear that Pac is afraid of something.if you have nothing to fear, then do the damn tests.simple as that.
