no, its not. all they do in boxing is a urine test the day of the fight and immidiately after. there are lots of substances that go unnoticed in urine, its a very flawed system that is very easy to slip through.

Exactly right. The NSAC does no out of competition testing, which is where you would want it. Plus, if you're looking for HGH then you need the blood test. I don't think asking for this testing is unreasonable. Man up and do the testing.
I dont know why this is a big deal to Pacquiao and his camp... you have to give so blood randomly... wow big deal... so for them to make a big deal and refuse it only heightens the speculations that has been thrown around this year... I can't blame Floyd; he's fighting a guy that has been "rumored" to be using either steroids or hgh... I dont believe Pacquiao is but I would like him to take the test just to put all the rumors to rest...
Well it's a big deal because Manny supposedly has a fear of needles and pus it's not required by the boxing association to take this kind of test.They get tested before and after the fight so why would they need olmpic style testing?
