          Exactly right. The NSAC does no out of competition testing, which is where you would want it. Plus, if you're looking for HGH then you need the blood test. I don't think asking for this testing is unreasonable. Man up and do the testing.

            Well it's a big deal because Manny supposedly has a fear of needles and pus it's not required by the boxing association to take this kind of test.They get tested before and after the fight so why would they need olmpic style testing?
