          You do realize that there are certain performance enhancers that would be out of the system in 2-6 weeks. It has absolutely nothing to do with the frequency of competition. The value of PED's would be in the weeks and months preceding the competition. That's why you would want multiple, random tests leading up to the event. Explain your ******ed logic.
