It's a fact- from swimmers, to weightlifters, to boxers, etc. They all cheat and would cheat even more if testing standards were less rigorous. It never fails. Testing standards get tough and performance goes down. I have seen it time and time again. Pacquiao should not be scared of a random blood test. The amount of blood needed would be so small as to be non-consequential. Scared of needles, psychological issues??? I can't believe we are taking this seriously. Both he and Mayweather should test randomly, urine and blood. Neither has anything to lose if he's clean.

if pac had nothing to hide, then i dont see a problem with it. but to be fair, i can see why he wouldnt wanna do it.

If he want to silence the rumors, he should put his dignity aside and go through with the test. However, i cant hold it against him if he doesnt.

Floyd Mayweather Sr., the fighter's father, has repeatedly accused Pacquiao of taking illegal substances, even though Pacquiao denies it and he has never failed a drug test.

According to Golden Boy CEO Richard Schaefer, who is negotiating the deal with Top Rank president Todd duBoef, Pacquiao refuses to have his blood drawn within 30 days of the bout based on his superstition of testing so close to a fight.

"Todd told me that Pacquiao has difficulty with taking blood and doesn't want to do it so close to the fight," Schaefer said. "He, Pacquiao, would only agree to have blood drawn before the kick-off press conference and after the fight."

Again im not saying it's anyone's fault.I thin it's pathetic that the fight maynot happen because of this. This whole thing has kinda caught me off gaurd because i'd never heard of such a request in boxing.Manny's reason was they didnt want to give blood 48 hours before the fight and that he was afraid of needles.I dont know if he has something to hide or not,but we will see soon enough.

Yeah, I get that he agreed to blood testing, but we're talking about Olympic style testing, moron. It's in the title of the f****** thread, and no I'm not implying that drugs will not show up after the fight. I am saying directly that there are things he could use that would not show up after the fight.

Do a little research on PED's. There are some that can not be detected if you stop 3 weeks before competition. And when we talk about Olympic style testing, we're talking about a standardized system not the testing procedure that they use for Olympic boxers specifically. Olympic style testing refers to random blood and urine tests in-competion and out-of-competition. Go back and get your GED.
