there's about $80 mil. dollars reason for both sides.

floyd would not pull out and neither would pac if the other guy comes over.

that's why just have penalties for going over.

Now it's $10 million for every pound over with Mayweather at 147.

It's not idiotic, it makes perfect sense. If they went for just 1 million a pound, what's that from a 40 million dollar payday? This way it will cost him heavy, think about it, even if he goes over 2 lbs, that still leaves Mayweather with 20 mil, that's not bad, eh? Floyd can always make it at 147lbs, if he wants to, so how can there be a penalty for him?

UNLESS, he is planning to go over the weight limit, then he should be angry with that kind of demand in the contract.

Pacquiao is willing to take an Olympic type of drug testing. It's only Roach who is crying about having to test within 6 weeks before the fight. But that's Roach, eventually he would give in to Pacquiao's decision.
