We all do acknowledge that Pac is not physically a WW right?

Pacquiao, compared to 99% of other welterweights, is smaller than them. Clottey comes in at 170 sometimes, FFS!

Pacquiao is a natural Jr. WW. 140 is the perfect weight.
I will say that he is either a MASSIVE! LW or a slightly undersized JWW.

My point is that Floyd was the same thing before retirment and I dont think he's much bigger now but definatly back then he was so dont try to play Pac like he's super small when you didnt want to say that about Floyd. I was also pointing out that they were weighing basically the same thing on fight night when Pac was fighting smaller guys at SFW and Floyd was fighting guys like Baldy who were 20 pounds bigger but no one looks at that stuff

How do we know? Floyd didn't weigh in on fight night for his last fight. He looked huge compared to Marquez. Certainly didn't look like he weighed around 148/149lbs, which is what Pacquiao always weighs these days.

            7000 calories a day...

            plus a world of supplements.

He wasn't that hardcore with his calories against Oscar, for instance. Back then it was 3000'ish

But Valero is not a Jww. If you were saying.. Pac can fight Bradley..Or Amir Khan, I would be more enthusiastic. Its too big a divide for a lightweight to traverse though.

Manny and Floyd are one in a million, that doesn't mean anyone can just ignore weight classes and enjoy the same success... Let JMM be a lesson of that.

They do look at that stuff. You're not the only guy on here who sees details, DLT, we all nerds dude. And nope, I wasn't trying to say Pacquiao is tiny. Floyd is a bit bigger than Pacquiao and has been established at WW for about 5 years. Again, I don't understand the argument. Pacquiao is a natural Jr. WW. End of story as far as I'm concerned.

Pac is a full JWW now and can easily compete against the big WWs. He looked bigger and stronger than Hatton at 140, who was considered to be one of the biggest in the division, and he was as big as Cotto at 144.

Pac could no longer make LW healthily anymore.

Thats not it, my thing is that this should be looked at as a fair fight. I think this thread was made to say that like its kind of an unfair fight so if Pac wins then its legendary but if Floyd wins then it means nothing. I dont think thats fair and thats how alot of people are trying to spin it. 1st they didnt think he was going to take the fight and now that he's taking it, they are trying to spin it like big Floyd is picking on little Pac and shouldnt be given much credit if he wins

I think you're being paranoid and overprotective of Floyd.
