No Calzaghe is afraid to lose his 0, that's what his legacy is all about. His resume is not impressive enough to suffer a loss.
At this time, he probably has ring rust whereas Froch is fighting the best fighters in the world in their PRIME. Nobody would care about a Calslappy tune-up so he'd fight Froch with no tune up fight.

Too much disadvantages for Calzaghe, he won't roll the dice. Prime for Prime Calzaghe wins a UD, but right now Froch is super confident and knows how to overcome the gap skill and make his will prevail. Froch would beat Calzaghe due to his superior will power. Calzaghe is a very satisfied man.

This is what people said about Lacy. The fact is that Calzaghe would UD most boxers today. I can't stand him, but its true. I suppose if he has actually slowed down to get caught more than once, he could be KO'd, but I definitely don't see Froch doing it.

I like Froch, but I think Joes career is complete, and speaks for itself.

Zags and Lennox should stay retired as the best fighters all-time in their respective weight classes.

The slapper would have been bested by many fighters in his weight class long time before Froch ever came around if he was not protected by his promoter and fought lesser competition like he did all his career.
