Does anyone agree with this bull****?
I believe Margarito cheated in their fight, as for the Pac fight I don't think it would have made much difference, although I'm sure a pro boxer may disagree with me about losing that extra 2 lbs.
I'm surprised Cotto got away with his defensive flaws as long as he did. The Judah and Corley fights were warning signs that changes needed to be made, but they never were.

You cant blame anyone but Cotto. He signed the contract no one held a gun to his head and said sign this or die. Come on. You had a great post until than lol jk. For real though yea it wasnt right but he signed the contract. Now you look at Floyd who said he wont fight at a catchweight its either 147 or no fight. He took the ball from Team Pacs coart and put it into his. Thats what Cotto should have done. He didnt so end result you cant blame anyone but Cotto. Even if it was at 147 Cotto gets beat just like he did at 145. Manny was just to fast for him. Cotto saying that he was going to be just as fast as Manny made me believe that they under estimated Mannys speed. Plus his Head trainer sucks ass.

(In the Marg fight) No, there's no proof. I'm not going to say yes he cheated and I'm certain, but there's alot of things that lead me to believe he did. If there's no proof though he deserves the benefit of the doubt (as far as the record books go) and it should stand as a win and should in no way be changed to a no contest. However, that doesn't mean he didn't cheat and it's very probable he did. As far as the 145 catchweight. I thought it would hurt Cotto but honestly I thought he looked great. He was faster and sharper but Pacquiao was too much and I believe that Cotto would have lost that fight at 147 too.

there's no evidence that Marg used plaster against Cotto.
And Cotto looked healthy..probably the best shape I've seen him at the weigh in vs Pac.

                  They will never admit that.

Funny thing is that I was imagining what if Cotto really was good ...Imagine how much he would have been praised and how much of a legend he would have been by now....Not that he isn't among the PR communities. Among the boxing community and boxing fans who really understand boxing though, he's juts a slightly above average fighter.

It was Cotto who ducked Floyd at 147 though and not the other way around contrary to popular belief on here. I don't like Floyd one bit, but I remember that quote from Arum after the Mosley fight, "I'll never put Cotto in the ring with a business man." Translation. "I know Cotto isn't good enough to beat Floyd."

Cotto would have been exposed sooner against Floyd...Point Blank
