Cotto is an A- level fighter with many flaws and some attributes that have made him successful for a long time. Until there is proof Tony cheated that was a legit beat down and Pac beat him hands down and forced him to mentally give up and stop fighting. Weighing 1 pound less than in his previous fight had nothing to do with the result.
