(at this weight, Floyd will be the equivalent of Marquez @ 130) .

i can never doubt Manny or Roach, but Floyd is a riddle they have no clear answer. but, when was the last time Floyd fought anyone dangerous?
Marquez counters with combinations. He is much more aggressive than Floyd. Actually, people talk about Marquez like all he ever does is counter-punch, which is far from the truth. Floyd needs to counter with combo's, not single shots. That **** isn't gonna hold Pacquiao off.

RJ? No way. Most of his D came from good athletic ability. He's not a great skilled defender like those other guys you named. From that group it goes Pea, Toney, and Hopkins but I think Floyd is clearly above Toney & Hopkins. You also have to throw Winky in there. The thing that seperates Floyd from every guy you just named maybe with the exception of Sweet Pea is that they all have only one style. They never change and its the same all day every day. Floyd is the only guy who switches his D up. He can switch it up from fight to fight or round to round. Again, I bet you will hardly ever see him use the shoulder roll against Pac and yet thats all people really know him for. Dude has like 5 different stances and defenses that he can use. Its funny because people use to debate who was better between him and a prime Winky and I always use to say Floyd because there are alot of times where he actually uses the Winky Wright Defense. Winky cant use Floyd's. Floyd does all of that so thats why I give him the advantage.

As regards to Sweet Pea, its close but one advantage Floyd again has is he can also block punches. Pea is moreso just about all slipping. He rarely wants any contact. On Floyd he can slip with the best of them but he can also let you hit him all day and make contact with him all day but its doing nothing because he's catching all of them on the gloves, shoulders, or rolling them. Pea doesnt do that. All are great though so I wont argue about it.

But you hang from Pac's nuts DAILY so NO i won't "trust you" thanks .

p.s. instead of hating try coming up with a counter argument if you've got a problem with what i said, because as far as i'm concerned i just stated the FACTS .

Floyds defence is based on athleticism as well just like RJJ...............please rjj defense isnt that far from floyd...............Winky's defence is good as well...............BHOPS and JT's defence are better proven imo..............................its not always about the "0" in the record.......................

How can you say that? Im the biggest RJ fan there is but everyone knows that he's never been a fundementaly sound fighter. Thats why Hopkins & Toney still do well when older and RJ sucks when his reflexes leave. Even if Floyd loses a step or loses his reflexes he is still going to be hard to beat because he is fundementaly sound. How can you say his D is based off athleticism? Dude has his technique down pat. RJ dont have that

True but again, Floyd aint Sweet Pea. Floyd will let you hit him so thats not going to change much. He can still block most of the shots just like those older guys are doing besides RJ

The bigger question on Floyd when it comes to age is his Offense. Most think he's already slowed down alot now so will he be able to still pull the trigger in a few years?
