People keep saying that Cotto walks around at 170 so i think 154 will make easier to fight than 145. Cotto did look like he didnt fully hydrate in his last fight(not making excuses for his lost). The fact is that going to 154 is the only logical move. He already won 2 welterbelts (wba, wbo). In addition, two of the champs Spinks or Foreman dont have much power so he dosen't have to worry about what happened with the margocheater or pac fights. Futhermore, he can do what tito and Benitez did and that is win belts in 3 divisions.

Cotto could def become our 6th division champion, the only disadvantage on paper is his size. But I think he can jab the **** out of most people.

I think Cotto could do it.....it would be like the fight he had with Paulie where Foreman is a technically good boxer and fast too but won't have the power to hold Miguel off of him so he gets walked down and outpointed or stopped late.....Cotto's kryptonite is volume punchers with some pop, and that isn't Foreman.

Foreman is a Jennings level guy IMO.

the weakest of the champs, martinez will outbox him, williams hits hard and will make him run like pacman did,,,so instead face someone with no punch, better for cotto

Why are you guys making out Foreman to be some kind of hard opponent for Cotto? He's not, because he has the kind of style that Cotto does best against. I think the fight sucks myself. I don't know which I'd hate more. Cotto getting another cum stained belt off a hum dinger or targeting a shot name like Castillo. I'd just rather he stay at 147 and fight Collazo like everybody else has been saying.

                    Peace.

Collazo is no push over. He's a tough opponent for anyone. I think he has an easier time with Forman that he does Collazo.
