There are no fight night weight restrictions! It's bull**** created by ****** rumors on forums such as these.

i've been seeing threads the last few days, talking about weight disputes....wasn't sure what's what.

the argument is on how much the penalty for going over 147 is. they'll work that out.

penalty? when has floyd ever weighed in over 147? besides when he fought oscar at jmw.....

the penalty should simply be, if somebody can't make weight, then the fight's off....

if this is something they're actually arguing about, it's ridiculous.

then there shouldn't be any problem.

it could be $10 billion dollars per pound over but if floyd makes weight , it's a non-issue.



they won't call this fight off if someone is overweight. too much money involved. remember how big a deal it was when corrales-castillo got called off? this fight is 10 times bigger than that.

if someone goes over , whether it's pac or pbf , the other guy will go on with the fight. too much people and money involved.

Honestly I don't think this is anything to worry about. If the fight's going to be called off (which it's not) it won't be over something as trivial as this.
