I think Mayweather's just uncomfortable with the possibility of being fined millions and millions for accidentally coming in over weight. I doubt it'll cause the fight to fall apart, Pacquiao's camp will probably loosen up the demands seeing as it's pretty unlikely Floyd comes in over 147lbs anyway.
