When he faces the Pacman, Pretty Boy will encounter his toughest challenge ever. This won't be no Marquez, Gatti, De La Hoya, etc.,etc. cakewalk fight for him. You can bet that his team is pouring over videos of the Pacman's fights. Don't follow in his arrogance in believing that his upcoming fight will be easy. I won't be surprised to see him completely knocked out or beaten up by the Pacman. Pretty Boy is gonna get a reality check in the worst way. JAT

Oh ok then. Here I was thinking a boxers skills and intelligence was a pivotal factor in a fight, but ok, Lady fan who has been watching boxing since December 6 2008 has taught me better.

Notice how she can never actually explain how Manny will win this, just keep repeating "Pretty boy will get a reality check JAT" and then posting that ****** slideshow.

Pac and Roach will definitely have a plan to beat Floyd. That's how they win.....making use of their talents.

Very sad. Just goes to show it's not about boxing with many Pinoy boxing fans. They can't talk boxing because they don't know boxing. They started watching when Pac came on scene, probably after the de la hoya fight. Racism is going to rear it's ugly head in full force for this fight. Can't wait til March 14 because all these racist, phony boxing fans will be gone.

Seriously. People here are really gullible.

I'm glad it only took two posts for someone to mention this.

i'm sure floyd can take care of himself and not worry about his uncle going to jail while he's training for the pac fight. heck, he'll most likely promote his cutman as his main cornerman against pac.

nobody replaces ellerbie as the masseur, though.

What makes the Pacquiao-Roach relationship special is that Freddie may be the best strategist among the trainers, and Pacquiao is the perfect weapon to execute his plan. If Freddie is a chess master, then having Pacquiao is like having all knights on the board, right down to the weird and unpredictable angles and different ways of taking out his opponent.

I believe Roger and Floyd do come up with a game plan for their opponents, but what makes Floyd special is his ability to adjust to his opponent on the fly. To continue the chess analogy, Floyd is like having a prodigy who has all the pieces on the board, knows how to use all his pieces, and never has to bring his queen out because he can win using his other pieces. Maybe not as exciting as a guy who has all knights, but he gets the job done either way.

They're both gifted fighters. As far as ring smarts go, it's a lot more fascinating to watch Floyd fight. He's a savant in the ring.

isn't this how we got into Iraq? by not going in w/ a strategy?
