He must mean if Haye is ready, I sure hope so because even though I think he losses, he can perform a good fight.

Vitaly will be seriously up for Haye, unlike Johnson.
Johnson was a "keep-busy" fight, and I give Vitali a lot of kudos for actually fighting 3 times in 2009. He may not have been that motivated against Johnson, but still broke the Compubox record for jabs thrown by a heavyweight! All Johnson wanted to do was go the distance: if he had opened up and tried to win he would have been ktfo. He didn't try to win for one second of that fight.

I totally agree: I think Haye would like to run out the clock on Vitali's career,
and take his chances with Wlad, who he thinks he has a better chance against. My bet is that someone like Ruiz exposes the lazy Hayemaker long before that happens.

Wladimir? What happened to Haye vs. Wladimir? 60,000 people showed up to watch that fight before Haye ran away. That was the fight everyone wanted to see.

I only assume Haye wants Vitali because he knows Waldimir will knock him senseless. No respect for fighters who talk the talk then run away from all the real challenges.

Yeah, that was Don King's little ventriloquist act going on there. Valuev saw nothing.

So that's ready to fight right? How ironic
You're talking a lot of nonsense. The Klitschko's offer was a dream opportunity for a potentially succesful boxer. To have at least ONE fight with the biggest heavyweight moneymakers around, and, if successful, have more.

From the Klitschko's point of view, They were trying to guarantee that, if either of them lost, he would have the opportunity of a rematch, or alternately, they-and Haye- would have a ready-made, SUPER promotion right in his hand, without any work needed to reach that ultimate boxer's goal.

He can? I sure hope his future fights are better than his fights against Barrett and Valuev, because he ****** in both of those. And on top of it all, Haye is LAZY. Pretty soon he is going to be demanding a year between fights.

Exactly -- he gave away a boxer's dream opportunity, one they didn't even have to offer him at all -- to give options to Sauerland and Don King for a belt that isn't even legitimate, since Chagaev defeated Valuev and then lost to Wlad. Doh! Not exactly a brainy move for a guy with Haye's supposed ambitions.

Because the longer he delays, the longer can his championship reign last.

He must be worried about Ruiz if he wants Freddy Roach to come and help him out. I think he's willing to wait for Freddy after the Pac-Man - Floyd fight.

Klits need Haye more than Haye needs them.

Haye is still in his 20's and has the next 5 years to build his legacy.

The Klits on the other hand are in desperate need for a big name win on their resume'. THey are in danger of retiring without a single superstar win!
