Yeah, somewhere in that region. He still has a couple of years left, so maybe another 4-5 fights. Hopefully he will fight Shane after Pac.

if pac lost to floyd, he will still be above floyd in the atg listing.

So he is lower than Duran thats for sure.
Most people consider Duran top 15 if not top 10 so it's not really shameful to not be as high as him.

we will always have our biases
there will be boxing fans that are fair in their assessment,
haters and lovers who would decide with their heart

so the poll does't mean anything because in the end, history will judge floyd. and it won't be based with mere statistics, ppv numbers, wins and loses but also the battles he took, his contribution to the sport and how he will transcend to more than just a boxer in the ring but a hero to all as well

there are too many things to consider

i agree that history will be each and every fighter's judge.

history has been kind to legends like duran and sugar ray leonard. i'm hoping that history will be just with regards to the likes of pac and floyd.

PBF has got a weak resume and with one great win over Pac he isnt the GOAT.

Hatton was nothing at 147 so PBF gets no credit. If PBF didnt want people to criticise him, he should have took the challenge at 140. Overcoming adversity makes you great. History wont give PBF credit there. Same with his JMM fight.

His win at 154 over DLH is nothing because DLH was a WW and campaigned at that weight all his life and all his major achievemnts were there.

If Mayweather can beat pacquiao i would probably put him 30-20 atg. Then again theres been so many great fighters. I dont see why Pacquiao and Mayweather shouldn't be highly regarded.

PBF and Pac are highly regarded. Its just that PBF is more highly criticised as well.
If PBF can beat Pac is it is just about the best win he can get thats available to him. But Pac is still a higher ATG whatever happens.

BTW is there an official ATG list that is the most respected? Is it Ring Mag, or HBOs list.?
What is the official current list?
