so 1990 is not part of the 90's.Actually a decade starts with 1 and ends with 0. The first year was year 1, not year zero, and that decade ended 10 years later with year 10, not 9 years later with year 9.
So this decade began on January 1st 2001 and will end December 31st 2010. I hate to get technical with the pac-tards but thats how the calender really works. Look it up.
2000 is part of the 90's though.

Many people through out the world mistake a decade from running from the "zero" year which is actually the last year of the decade. The common use for this may be for ease of grouping. Technically, any ten years of can be grouped together as a decade such as, "We're celebrating our first decade in business. Come on down for savings." In this context a decade could easily refer to May 7, 1997 to May 6, 2006. [Ten calender years] While popular convention groups cultural items into the "zero" to "nine" period, correct usage for a ten year period of time should be from "one" to "zero" period. .
The calender we are using started with 1AD. By Pac-tard logic, the fighter of the first decade should have been given out at the end of 9 AD after only 9 years instead of the end of 10 AD, 10 years later. I hate getting technical with you people but thats how the Gregorian calender works.Comment

I see your just being recklessly combative for the sake of God knows what?
I say basically all Latino nationalities pluck their eyebrows and you come in here stating, "Mexicans Dont" (which by the way is GENERALIZING) and tell me not to generalize(whoa) then I prove that they do too, you say "a few do", and act like you won something ....then state its PR's greatest boxing achievement...OMG...I hope many people have been following this lil back and forth between us becuase its ridiculous.
I feel dumber for wasting my time with you...so in that I am regretful.
With that, the point originally was that there are Mexican that pluck their eybrows as well. Which was denied then proven.
Might I suggest "English made easy" or "Hooked on Phonics". possibly, "Understanding basic english phrases". If not, "Denial and acceptance".
Good luck.Last edited by Dondi33O; 12-12-2009, 04:17 PM.Comment

In general, Mexicans don't. A couple of metrosexual (****) Mexicans in New York doesn't equate to the entire populace of Mexican men."So, no Mexicans don't pluck their eyebrows."-tortillwarrior
