Actually a decade starts with 1 and ends with 0. The first year was year 1, not year zero, and that decade ended 10 years later with year 10, not 9 years later with year 9.

So this decade began on January 1st 2001 and will end December 31st 2010. I hate to get technical with the pac-tards but thats how the calender really works. Look it up.

Might I suggest "English made easy" or "Hooked on Phonics". possibly, "Understanding basic english phrases". If not, "Denial and acceptance".
