Why wont Dawson embrace the idea of fighting Pascal?

After the Johnson fight i thought i remember Dawson saying he would be intrested in fighting Pascal if he beats Diancou again.

I love watching Pascal fight, he's exciting as hell!

I wouldn't mind seeing a Pascal vs Dawson fight, but I think a unification bout with Tarvoris Cloud would be a much more exciting.

Too much politics involved, Dawson is WBC interim, Cloud holds the IBF belt. Also I don't think Cloud's handlers want any piece of Dawson.
