In my honest opinion he need to beat the likes of mosley, cotto, margarito and p. williams to atleast equal the resume of pacman, and he need to win a belt from a 160 and 168lbs to get his 7 division champion and win 1 another lineal belt. If floyd did that he reached what had pacquiao achieved.
