Beating Pacquiao would be quite an accomplishment, it wouldn't take much else after that. Maybe a few legitimate challenges in his own weight class... Of course, this all depends on what Pacquiao is doing in the meantime. Assuming Mayweather won and then Pacquiao went on to beat Mosley while Mayweather fights some nobody (just speculating), it'd blur the lines a bit.
