I wouldn't be surprised to see Ruiz KO Haye and expose him for what he is: a cruiserweight fighting in the wrong division. Ruiz must be happy knowing he will finally have some fans behind him in this fight. Haye has a way of making previously disliked fighters like Ruiz and Valuev get whole new fanbases. The many fans who dislike Haye should be able to embrace Ruiz's new "no hugging" style, and that should make for an interesting bout. Haye gives the impression that he thinks he has already beaten Ruiz and that could be a big mistake. Haye won't be able to run from Ruiz like he did from Valuev, and in a slugfest Haye always has a good chance of getting laid out cold.

      1. Haye just barely beat the former basketball player Nikolai Valuev.

      2. Haye seems to put himself on the same level as Lewis, but this is far from truth.

      3. Haye ran away from fighting K2 twice.

All of the above does not justify the level of trash-talking that Haye is doing.

See too many people preach freedom of speech then jump on the guy soon as he speaks, so what he talks a lot of smack and trys to be something like one of his childhood idols what's wrong with that. I dont think they way he goes about it is very tactful but end of the day its making him either liked or hated even more, which is clever whichever way you see it because even if you hate him you might still pay to watch if theres a good chance he could get knocked out, so hes selling tickets maybe not ****** amounts but there selling. to be fair i dont care if you like him or not, thats your shout lol. but come on hes better than watching john ruiz, holyfield and other old timers getting title shots and losing boring points decisions.

          1. haye clearly beat valuev, with just one hand.

          2. haye is no lewis, but neigher is the klits. prime lewis would have absolutely zero problems with all three of them, just like the rest of the truly great HWs.

          3. haye backed out of a fight with the klits ONCE not twice, negotiations fall apart all the time. doesnt mean he ducked vitali. he just took a better deal.

              1. Haye PUSSIED OUT of a fight with Wlad.

              2. Haye PUSSIED OUT of a fight with Vitali.

              3. Haye DUCKED Kevin Johnson and handpicked an old, shot glass chinned Monte Barrett who was coming off a 2nd round KO loss to tomato can bum Cliff "20 losses" Couser.

              4. Haye/Valuev was one of the worst HW fights of all time. Valuev got robbed. Even the biased British commentators had Valuev winning the fight. Haye was scared ****less, he ran like a frightened little girl from Valuev for 12 rounds and only threw a pathetic 3 punches per round. 80 year old shot Holyfield did better against Valuev than Haye did.

              5. Haye is a paper titlist fraud. The REAL WBA HW Champ Ruslan Chagaev was dominated and stopped by Wlad....Wlad is the rightful WBA Heavyweight Champ.

              6. Who the **** has Haye beat? And NO, he didn't beat Valuev.

The Klitschko Brothers resumes are 1,000,000,000 times more impressive than Haye's weak resume.

              7. Vitali dominated Lewis and scared him into retirement. That's a FACT.

              8. Haye is a glass chinned fraud, a coward and a disgrace. He is the weakest HW belt holder of all time.

It depends. As far as I know, the only contracts which require documentary proof, are for Real Estate. Other contracts can be held as being legal, if there is a witness, sometimes two witness to the verbal agreement. There may be others considering that the world has chjanged since I was in Law School.

Usually the judge thrashes it out anyway, and there must exist a plethora of precedents, which can be used. That's how lawyers make their money,. and, don't forget, 50% are proven to be wrong..........

the crazy thing is I think david pulled OUT of more fights than actually HAD fights, in 2009. Hopefully 2010 is a different story.

Klitschko2009 - You know Vitali made outrageous demands in the contract? seems to me he didn't really want to fight Haye.

                      VITALI DUCKED HAYE.
